Services and scope
Entity Clinic is a professional SEO and AEO marketing brand operated by Entity Flow. Services include search and AI visibility audits, website improvements, blog, carousel and short-form video production, and performance measurement. Specific project terms are set out in separate quotations and contracts.
Project agreements
Before work begins, we confirm the channels, scope, deliverables, schedule, fees and review process. Additional work or scope changes are agreed with the client. Browsing the website or completing its preliminary checklist does not create a paid contract.
Materials and content review
Clients confirm the accuracy of supplied materials and their rights to use them. Content requiring medical, tax or accounting judgment is reviewed by an appropriate professional before publication. Personal information or confidential third-party materials must not be published without authorization.
Interpreting measurements
We compare search and AI visibility before and after work using consistent questions and recording criteria. Search results and AI answers can change with time and conditions. Individual rankings, recommendations and inquiry counts are distinguished from agreed project deliverables.
Cancellation, refunds and user rights
Service changes or cancellation may be requested through the contact channel agreed for the project. We review delivered work under the cancellation guidance and individual agreement. Rights provided by applicable law are not restricted.
