Privacy policy
How Entity Clinic, operated by Entity Flow, handles self-checks and inquiries and manages information after the end of Kakao login.

Scope and operator
The operator is Entity Flow, represented by Siheon Kim. This policy applies to the public website at entityclinic.com. The private content workspace at studio.entityclinic.com has a separate privacy notice. Ending Kakao login does not mean that existing workspace content has been deleted.
Kakao login discontinued
Kakao login and authentication using connected tokens were discontinued on October 12, 2026. We no longer provide new logins, authentication token issuance or renewal, access through existing sessions, or Kakao-linked login to the content workspace. Existing Kakao user IDs and tokens are not used to check login status or grant access.
Existing cookies and account connections
When you return to this site, it sends instructions to remove its former login and authentication-check cookies. The server does not use old cookies for authentication even if they remain in your browser. You can also delete site data in your browser settings. Closing this site feature does not guarantee that the service connection shown in your Kakao account has been removed automatically. You can check your connected services in Kakao and disconnect Entity Clinic if it is still listed.
Self-checks and storage on your device
Clinic names, website addresses, answers and notes entered in the self-check are processed only in browser memory, not sent to our server or an external AI service. Copy uses your device clipboard; download saves a file to your device. Refreshing or closing the page resets the site’s input state, while browser restoration, downloaded files and the clipboard remain under your control. Do not enter patient identifiers, medical records or health information.
External services and hosting
The website is served through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. IP addresses, requested URLs, access times, and browser information may be processed when requests are delivered, executed, or secured. Processing may take place on overseas infrastructure. Provider policies alone do not establish every processing country or access-log retention period applicable to this site. You may request clarification through the operator’s privacy contact. The discontinued login feature does not send authentication or token-check requests to Kakao.

YouTube videos and external content
Content examples include a YouTube player in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Loading or playing the player connects your browser directly to Google and YouTube, which may process your IP address, browser and device information, and access and playback information. Privacy-enhanced mode does not prevent every data transfer or use of cookies. Self-check notes are not sent to the video player. When you open external links such as YouTube or Instagram, that service’s privacy policy and settings apply.

Service and privacy enquiries
The KakaoTalk contact link is separate from the discontinued Kakao login feature and opens Kakao’s service. Self-check notes are not automatically sent as chat messages. If you send an inquiry, the operator can see the profile shown in the conversation and the content you write. Existing inquiry records are not deleted merely because login has ended. You can request access to or deletion of inquiry records through the contact below. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or patient personal information.
Your rights and how to exercise them
Users or their authorized representatives may request access to, correction or deletion of personal information, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent through the privacy contact below. We verify identity or representation where necessary and explain the outcome in accordance with applicable law. If legal restrictions prevent us from fulfilling a request, we explain the reason. Kakao account information and connected services can be managed through Kakao.
