Privacy policy
How information is handled for Kakao login and the self-check.

What information can you enter?
You may enter the practice name, website URL, area of interest, self-check answers, and notes. We do not ask for contact details, email addresses, or patient information. Do not include personal health or identifying information in your notes.
Is your input sent or saved?
This site’s self-check does not send your input to a server or external AI service. It does not submit consultation requests or collect information automatically; input is processed only in browser memory. Refreshing or closing the page resets the input state maintained by the site. The browser’s own autofill and restore features depend on your browser settings.
Kakao login information
Choosing Kakao login takes you to Kakao’s consent screen. The service uses your Kakao user ID and authentication token to verify your login. It does not request your name, email address, phone number or patient information. This information is not stored in a separate member database. Information needed to keep you signed in is held in an encrypted secure cookie for up to one hour. If the authentication token expires sooner, your login also ends.
Logging out and disconnecting
Logging out from My services deletes this site’s login cookie. Choosing Disconnect Kakao sends Kakao a request to disconnect the service. Once disconnection is complete, the login cookie is deleted. Whenever login status is checked, the service confirms its validity with Kakao. If the connection has been removed elsewhere, you will need to log in again.
How do copying and saving files work?
Selecting Copy notes copies your current notes to your device's clipboard. Selecting Save text file downloads a file to your device. Neither sends the notes to the site. You can manage and delete the file and clipboard contents on your device.
Cookies and visitor analytics
This site’s code does not include advertising trackers, visitor analytics tools or third-party tracking cookies. If you choose Kakao login, an authentication verification cookie is used for up to 10 minutes and a login session cookie for up to one hour. Fonts and interface assets are served directly by the site. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, access times, browser information and similar data to deliver pages and manage security and access, subject to its policies and settings.
Hosting and external links
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Refer to OpenAI’s Privacy Policy for information about access permissions and the handling of hosting data. Opening external links, including Kakao or Naver, is subject to the policies of those services. Your self-check notes are not included in these links.

Operator and account management
The operator is EntityFlow. To end the account connection, use Disconnect Kakao in My services. Enquiries about individual projects should be sent through the contact channel agreed in the contract.
If features change
If we introduce client-specific report storage or additional information collection in the future, we will first specify the data collected, purposes, retention periods, responsible operator and enquiry channel, and update this notice. Writing notes on the current page alone does not submit a consultation request.
