OUR REVIEW FRAMEWORK

Reviewing together,
using criteria we can verify.

Practice information, search access, patient guides, and usability. Across 36 items in eight areas, we distinguish the current state from the work needed.

This is Entity Clinic's practical review checklist.
It is not an official search-service scorecard, and we do not interpret the number of completed items as a probability of appearing in AI answers. Items that do not apply and items that remain unverified are recorded separately.

Results are recorded in four statuses.

We record the evidence available and what still needs checking, rather than aiming for a high score.

Confirmed

The information was verified on the page and in its sources. We record the date and URL.

Needs improvement

We found an information error or access issue. We record where to make changes and what we recommend.

Needs verification

Public information alone is insufficient. We identify who should verify it, such as the practice or developer.

Not applicable

The item does not apply to this type of page or service scope. We record the reason for exclusion.

What can a review tell you, and what can it not?

The difference between reviewing a website and measuring actual search performance.
